Services may be provided on a one-time, subscription, retainer, or project basis.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without liability.
3. ACCEPTABLE USE

Subscriptions and retainers may renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the applicable agreement.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our services, No refunds are provided unless explicitly agreed to in writing by the Company.
8. NO GUARANTEES
The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, revenue, leads, rankings, growth, or results. You acknowledge that results vary based on numerous factors beyond the Company’s control.
The Services are not legal, financial, tax, or medical advice.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The Sites may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, tools, or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties and make no warranties regarding their offerings.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

19. MULTI-DOMAIN COVERAGE
These Terms apply to all websites, domains, subdomains, landing pages, and digital properties owned or operated by the Company, including but not limited to HLHGrowthSolutions.com, HeidiSchalk.com, FemaleEntrepreneurs.com, BusinessGrowthSpotlight.com, BusinessGrowthSolutions.com, and any future properties.
